It's the weekend, so why not give building with Isaree a try? Here you'll find the guide for your first agent and the six phases that follow. If you do not have access yet - register on the wiatinglist. Part 1 of 2. Part 2 — Build

In 2024, I gave a talk about AI in healthcare. Afterward, a young doctor approached me. He'd been sitting in the audience, listening. Something clicked. He told me Europe needed its own clinical evidence platform — not another US import, not another cloud dependency, but something built here, for

Three weeks ago, I wrote about why cloud APIs are already obsolete in healthcare. Last week, I wrote about the bottleneck shifting, how the new interface for building software is natural language, and how clinicians, not engineers, are becoming the new builders. Then Prosus dropped a report that validated both

Three years ago, I started using Manus AI as a research agent. Like many, I was captivated by its capability. But as I integrated it deeper into my daily workflows, two things slipped entirely out of my control: cost and ownership. When the platform recently surged its pricing-forcing users who

Deep Research Analysis Executive Summary The enterprise artificial intelligence market is currently dominated by frontier models served via token-based cloud APIs. However, an analysis of the economic, regulatory, and technological trajectories reveals that these incumbents are highly vulnerable to Clayton Christensen’s model of Disruptive Innovation. By evaluating the Total

Walk into any hospital today and you’ll see the same bottleneck: a single, massive model trying to play every role at once. One model and one generic interface. We are asking a single, general purpose model to list differentials, draft clinical notes, check billing codes, and write patients letters.

Dear readers, When we tell the market that Isaree refuses to build thin wrappers around closed cloud models, the critique is immediate: Why not just use the best available API? Why insist on on-device, open-source or open weight based agents? You are being dogmatic about technology. We are not dogmatic

I still remember a conversation I had with a physician friend late one evening. She told me how she was struggling to integrate AI tools into her clinical workflow, each one promising to help, but none fitting naturally into how she actually practiced medicine. Every new model meant another login,

By Bart de Witte, Founder, Isaree 24 June 2026 We shipped our macOS agent harness, integrated openEHR, survived a hackathon, and watched the cloud-vs-on-device debate collapse under its own weight. Here's what happened. Last week, in the previous post, I argued that the long tail of clinical AI,
